# Canva — presentations, raw output

- Date: 2026-09-18, 20:35–20:48 (+07). Free plan, interface Russian, signed in. No deck; the brief could not be run on the free plan.

- What was tried, in order:
  1. canva.com/ai - 404 ("Не найдено"). The home page's box is a template search; typing the brief there searches templates. The "Презентация" tile opens a blank presentation editor whose Tools panel is pens and shapes and whose Apps panel has no Magic Design or Canva AI entry (a search for "Magic Design" returned unrelated apps).
  2. canva.com/magic-design - the Magic Design prompt box, which is an `<input maxlength="280">`; the brief alone is 395 characters, the brief plus memo 1,197. With the full text placed in the field anyway, "Сгенерировать дизайн" opened a blank "Публикация в Instagram (4:5)" design with the prompt in its side panel, and pressing send returned "У нас возникли проблемы с обработкой вашего поискового запроса. Повторите попытку через несколько минут." (a problem processing the request, try again in a few minutes). A 280-character prompt cannot carry the memo, so a retry within the limit would produce a deck with invented numbers; not run.
  3. Canva Docs ("Docs to Decks"): a new doc, the template body replaced with the brief and memo, then Превращение → Превратить. The panel offers text conversions ("Сводка", "Запись в блоге", "С контуром", "План презентации"…) and one button, "Перейти на Canva Pro"; choosing "План презентации" leaves only that button. The doc-to-presentation conversion is on the paid plan.
- The pricing page (served in Thai baht to this operator) lists "Использование ИИ: до 20 использований" for Free and puts "ИИ Canva 2.0" and "Коннекторы ИИ Canva" under Pro and Business.
- Left behind in the operator's Canva account, for them to delete: a blank presentation, a blank Instagram-post design with the brief in its prompt, and a Doc holding the brief and memo.
