- Capture: page text and screenshots. As in the Excel and meeting-notes tests the whole answer, file card included, sits inside the collapsible work log - folded, the message shows only three follow-up chips ("Explore EU customs regulations", "Investigate CTT tracking API", "Apply Heading 1 styles to sections"). Unfolded: loaded a "docx" skill, wrote `create_policy.js` (+282 lines), ran five commands (install the docx package, generate, validate, convert to PDF, extract text to verify). The card's download icon saved `Quinta_da_Ribeira_Shipping_Returns_Policy.docx` - `fixtures/returned/grok.docx` (13 KB, the smallest of the run).

Every body paragraph has no style at all (python-docx reads `None`) - the file was built by hand with the docx JS package, so Word will show them as Normal, but a "Normal"-based template will not restyle them. Nothing invented. 528 words. The summary says the duplicate "appeared in both section 2 and section 3" - right.

What was done
- Consistent numbered headings (1–8) using proper Heading 1 styles so the table of contents works.
- Table of contents inserted at the top (it will populate/update automatically when opened in Microsoft Word or most Word-compatible apps).
- Shipping rates converted into a proper formatted table with header styling.
- Spelling corrections only (no changes to amounts, times, or rules): recieve → receive; seperate → separate; adress → address; wich → which; occassionally → occasionally; untill → until; definately → definitely; guarentee → guarantee
- Duplicated paragraph removed (the free-shipping / separate packing note that appeared in both section 2 and section 3).
